I purchased the deep clean service from this company. It was mediocre at best, and definitely not worth the $70 per man hour that I paid. They didn't pick up anything that was on the table. They just dusted around the knick-knacks. They left every light on in the house; even the lights in the closets. They did do a good job cleaning the master shower, but that was not worth $400. The attached photo was taken 30 minutes after they left and while I was walking through the house turning lights off. Now I understand why they insisted on being paid even before they started working and they wanted the money sent through Zelle. Not planning on using them again.

Letícia is such a wonderful cleaner! She is always willing to go the extra mile and keeps our home looking fresh and clean! Our little dog loves her too! We’ve had other cleaners in the past from Brazilian Cleaners who have also been exceptional. 10/10

Leticia Marques, provides an excellent job cleaning and maintaining our office space here at Milestone Consult. I would definitely recommend using Your Brazilian Cleaners LLC for any of your cleaning/organizing needs.

This was a great experience for me. My maid was very kind, she cleaned every square inch of my home including organizing my bookshelf, silverware and even my glassware without even asking. I will definitely be using their services again!

Our house was thoroughly cleaned by Victoria. We had her clean two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the living room, and the kitchen. It was a deep cleaning, so it was dirty, but everything was shining by the time she left. I appreciated how she took her time to ensure it was done right.

Larissa, who scheduled our cleaning, was friendly and accommodating. It is always a pleasure to work with Our Brazilian Cleaners, and I definitely recommend this small, local business.

Had a very tough deep cleaning job for a single room, and I couldn’t be happier with the result and price point. Hardworking and courteous staff. I definitely recommend.

I have a small space - 840 square feet apartment.

Communication: communication started out great - called as soon as I requested a quote for a Deep Clean. Told me they could show up next day around 9am, okay great I will take it.

9:53 am - text them to make sure no issues at gate entrance. Company responds with, we'll be there at 11am.

10:52 am - text them again. Receive text they will arrive in 55 minutes. They arrive at 12:15 - 3.25 hours after agreed upon time.

None of this was okay - I directly told the person when setting up this appointment I was making it work with my schedule by them arriving at 9am, 10 at the latest. I did not need next day cleaning but went with it since she was so adament about it. They did not communicate arrival times and I received updated arrival times only as responses to my texted inquiries.

Arrival of cleaners: Male and female cleaners arrive, seem very very friendly.
I walk them around space, ask them if they need me to move anything for them, and leave so I am not in the way.

Cleaning completed: They text me 1.5 hours later to say they are almost finished. I arrive home and they say they are sorry but they broke one of my wine glasses. This was upsetting as wine glasses were a gift from my deceased mom. They offered to pay for replacement. While that was the right thing for them to do, it cannot be replaced.

Scanning apartment before they left: cleaning looked okay.

Within a couple days after the cleaning: appeared they did not move couches/ottoman to sweep/mop underneath. Large pieces of glass, from broken wine glass, were under furniture. Along with leaves, dust, etc. Top of fridge was covered in dust. The dining room, used as a home office, furniture was dusted but was never moved to clean walls and floors.

This was my first time using a cleaning service and I am so disappointed by the experience.

I would definitely recommend Your Brazilian Cleaners. I used them for a Move Out cleaning for a property management company that is SUPER strict and had a very detailed checklist of things they wanted to see completed. I was able to provide Larissa with a copy of the checklist and she promptly responded with the items I would need to complete in advance which was fine because there are items I didn't expect the cleaners to do. Things like remove stains from garage floor. This isn't something that was needed since the stains were there when I moved in. The garage just needed a sweeping. When I got back to the home, they were on the garage floor scrubbing! I felt so bad and quickly stopped them as this wasn't part of the service. The team (Noelia, her husband, and Neubison) did an excellent job. The house smelled amazing and everything was spotless. They paid attention to the smallest detail. I would definitely use them again.

Larissa was great and very communicative. I knew exactly what to expect. She worked with me on the quote and was able to bring it to a place where I could afford. Payment is done fully remote (including tip) through Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal. Larissa texted before and after the cleaning to ensure things were ready and then as expected. Super friendly and great team.

The daughter - father team did a very nice job to clean the house, including the windows and blinds. The added eucalyptus oil in their cleanser made the whole house clean and fresh.

I'm thrilled to have found Najara and her crew at Your Brazilian Cleaners. They are reliable and trustworthy and the services are competitively priced. My house was way overdue for a deep cleaning and I'm more than pleased with the results. The work was detailed and thorough. They took great care and were very respectful of both my time and property. I highly recommend them.

We received our first cleaning today and it was tremendous. I was in a meeting when they arrived and they were so kind/flexible and worked upstairs at first. They did a PHENOMENAL job. They were super detailed and left the house looking spectacular. Everything they moved was put back perfectly in place. Lots of little nice touches too. We are excited to have found them and I can't recommend them enough!

I needed a new cleaning service for my home after years with a previous service that I loved and trusted. I interviewed a few services but decided on Your Brazilian Cleaners. I showed the owner my home and what I needed done. Her bid was very fair she was flexible. She and her husband came as scheduled and left the house spotless. I couldn't be happier. I lucked out again ...
